RSPB Snettisham

Also on our trip in Norfolk we visited RSPB Snettisham. We saw a few Oystercatchers, Oystercatcher chicks, Canada Geese, Bees and Grasshoppers but our favourite were the Common Lizards

Common Lizards
Common Lizards can live up to 6 years old and can grow up to 15cm long. The common lizard can be seen between March and October and are the UK most common lizard. It can be found everywhere, except of most Scottish islands, The Isle of Scilly and the Channel Islands and is the only reptile native to Ireland. Common Lizards incubate their eggs inside of them and give birth when they have hatched.

There were about 6 or 7 of them and one young one curled up in a ball sleeping.

This is the young one
